When it comes to choosing a college, veterans have a lot of options - but not all of them are good. One of our goals at College Factual is to give you as much information as we can - such as our “Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for Precision Metal Working” ranking - to help you make that decision.
In 2020-2021, 52,308 people earned their degree in precision metal working, making the major the 131st most popular in the United States. In 2019-2020, precision metal working graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $34,754 and had an average of $9,803 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Middle Atlantic region, there were 1,843 precision metal working graduates with average earnings and debt of $33,668 and $11,136 respectively.
This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for Precision Metal Working” ranking looked at 10 colleges that offer degrees in a bachelor’s in precision metal working. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent precision metal working programs, but they also offer a lot of support to veterans and active service members.

Located in Williamsport, Pennsylvania, this small public school handed out 68 diplomas to qualified ’s precision metal working students in 2020-2021.
Penn College not only placed well in this ranking. It is also #[COLLEGE_QUALITY_RANK_ALL_LEVELS] on our “[COLLEGE_QUALITY_NAME_ALL_LEVELS]” list.Of the 4,565 students enrolled at Penn College, 289 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Monroe Community College is a medium-sized school located in Rochester, New York that handed out 26 ’s precision metal working degrees in 2020-2021.

The school came in at #4 for the Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for Precision Metal Working. Mohawk Valley Community College is located in Utica, New York and, has a medium-sized student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 40 ’s precision metal working degrees to qualified students.
