When pursuing a degree in today’s world, veterans have many different options to choose from. Our mission at College Factual is to arm you with as much information as we can to help you make that decision. Our “Most Veteran Friendly in the Southeast Region for Precision Production” ranking is one tool we have developed to help in this regard.
Precision Production is the 36th most popular major in the country with 52,913 degrees awarded in 2020-2021. In 2019-2020, precision production graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $34,707 and had an average of $9,896 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Southeast region, there were 20,097 precision production graduates with average earnings and debt of $32,098 and $8,559 respectively.
This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in the Southeast Region for Precision Production” ranking analyzed 17 colleges that offered a degree in precision production. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent precision production programs, but they also offer a lot of support to veterans and active service members.
To come up with these rankings, we looked at factors such as veteran satisfaction, veteran affordability, and overall quality of the precision production program at the school. For more information, check out our ranking methodology.

Out of the 17 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in the Southeast Region for Precision Production that were part of this year’s ranking, Greenville Technical College landed the #1 spot on the list. Greenville Technical College is a medium-sized public school situated in Greenville, South Carolina. It awarded 89 ’s precision production degrees in 2020-2021.
