Carthage College landed the #25 spot on the 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Wisconsin for Criminal Justice ranking. Carthage College is a small private not-for-profit school situated in Kenosha, Wisconsin. It awarded 18 ’s criminal justice degrees in 2020-2021.
