You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend Southern Maine Community College. The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in the New England Region for Fire Science for an Associate. This medium-sized school is located in South Portland, Maine, and it awarded 23 associates’s fire science degrees in 2020-2021.

You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Community College of Rhode Island. It ranked #2 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the New England Region for Fire Science for an Associate list. Warwick, Rhode Island is the setting for this fairly large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out associates’s fire science degrees to 9 students in 2020-2021.
