In 2019-2020, homeland security graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $52,213 and had an average of $28,747 in loans still to pay off.
Across the New England region, there were 445 homeland security graduates with average earnings and debt of $60,084 and $0 respectively.

You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend Northeastern University Professional Advancement Network. The school came in at #3 for the Most Well Attended Homeland Security Major in the New England Region. Northeastern University Professional Advancement Network is located in Boston, Massachusetts and, has a fairly large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 44 ’s homeland security degrees to qualified students.
The school has an impressive undergrad student loan default rate. It’s only 1.5%, which is much lower than the national rate of 10.1%.

You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend Post University. The school came in at #4 for the Most Well Attended Homeland Security Major in the New England Region. Located in Waterbury, Connecticut, this fairly large private for-profit school awarded 41 degrees to qualified ’s homeland security students in 2020-2021.
You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Johnson & Wales University - Providence. It ranked #5 on our 2023 Most Well Attended Homeland Security Major in the New England Region list. Located in Providence, Rhode Island, this medium-sized private not-for-profit school handed out 18 degrees to qualified ’s homeland security students in 2020-2021.

New England College did quite well in the 2023 Most Well Attended Homeland Security Major in the New England Region ranking, coming in at #6. New England College is a private not-for-profit institution located in Henniker, New Hampshire. The school has a small population, and it awarded 17 ’s degrees in 2020-2021.
