You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Ferris State University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Great Lakes Region for Psychology for an Associate list. Ferris State University is a fairly large school located in Big Rapids, Michigan that handed out 13 associates’s psychology degrees in 2020-2021.
In addition to being on our great lakes region associate degree vets studying psychology list, Ferris has also earned the #1 rank in our “Best General Psychology Associate Degree Schools in the Great Lakes Region” ranking.Among the 11,165 students enrolled at Ferris, 377 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 189 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $8,426. On top of their other funding sources, 0 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program. Ferris does offer credit for military training for eligible students.

The school came in at #2 for the Most Veteran Friendly in the Great Lakes Region for Psychology for an Associate. This fairly large school is located in Dayton, Ohio, and it awarded 101 associates’s psychology degrees in 2020-2021.
In addition to being on our great lakes region associate degree vets studying psychology list, Sinclair Community College has also earned the #3 rank in our “Best General Psychology Associate Degree Schools in the Great Lakes Region” ranking.Of the 18,687 students enrolled at Sinclair Community College, 23 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 4 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $20,907.
