Across the Southeast region, there were 31,121 general psychology graduates with average earnings and debt of $28,351 and $27,529 respectively. At the associate degree level specifically, there were 686 general psychology graduates with average earnings and debt of $34,328 and $20,384 respectively.

Located in Lynchburg, Virginia, this large private not-for-profit school awarded 164 degrees to qualified associates’s psychology students in 2020-2021.

Liberty University did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #1 on our “Best General Psychology Associate Degree Schools in the Southeast Region” list.Of the 93,349 students enrolled at Liberty University, 13,282 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 8,897 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average Post-9/11 GI Bill® award for tuition and fees at the school was $4,888. Regent University is a fairly large private not-for-profit school situated in Virginia Beach, Virginia. It awarded 5 associates’s psychology degrees in 2020-2021.

In addition to being on our southeast region associate degree vets studying psychology list, Regent has also earned the #3 rank in our “Best General Psychology Associate Degree Schools in the Southeast Region” ranking.Our most recent data shows that 1,414 of the 10,483 students enrolled at Regent were GI Bill® students, of which 1,139 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients.
