In 2020-2021, 195,678 psychology students received their degree, making the major the 8th most popular in the country. In 2019-2020, psychology graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $35,611 and had an average of $25,989 in loans still to pay off.

Across Florida, there were 10,329 psychology graduates with average earnings and debt of $36,316 and $28,237 respectively.

This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in Florida for Psychology” ranking analyzed 30 colleges that offered a degree in psychology. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent psychology programs, but they also offer a lot of support to veterans and active service members.
