University of Wisconsin - Whitewater tops the 2021 list of our schools in the Great Lakes Region that are best for non-traditional criminology students. Located in the distant town of Whitewater, UW - Whitewater is a public school with a fairly large student population. UW - Whitewater also took the #3 spot in our Best Colleges for Criminology in the Great Lakes Region rankings.
The school has a low student loan default rate of 1.0%. There are approximately 5,785 students at UW - Whitewater that take at least one class online. 2,457 of UW - Whitewater students are attending part time.

Indiana State University landed the #2 spot in our 2021 best criminology schools for non-traditional students. Located in the small city of Terre Haute, Indiana State is a public college with a medium-sized student population. Indiana State also took the #8 spot in our Best Colleges for Criminology in the Great Lakes Region rankings.

Dominican University landed the #4 spot in our 2021 best criminology schools for non-traditional students. Dominican U is a small private not-for-profit school located in the large suburb of River Forest. In addition to being on our best for non-traditional students list, Dominican U has also earned the #4 rank in our Best Colleges for Criminology in the Great Lakes Region ranking.
About 1.9% of Dominican U students default on their loans in three years, which is lower than average. There are approximately 1,958 students at Dominican U that take at least one class online. 810 of Dominican U students are attending part time.
