University of Delaware tops the 2021 list of our schools in Delaware that are best for non-traditional criminology students. Located in the suburb of Newark, UD is a public college with a very large student population. As a testament to the quality of education offered at UD, the school also landed the #1 rank in our Best Colleges for Criminology in Delaware ranking.
