You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend American University. The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in District of Columbia for International Relations for a Doctorate. Located in Washington, District of Columbia, this fairly large private not-for-profit school handed out 2 diplomas to qualified doctorate’s international relations students in 2020-2021.
