In 2019-2020, political science and government graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $34,387 and had an average of $23,175 in loans still to pay off.

Across New Jersey, there were 792 political science and government graduates with average earnings and debt of $33,430 and $25,430 respectively. At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 721 political science and government graduates with average earnings and debt of $40,273 and $26,463 respectively.
