You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend University of Pennsylvania. The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in Pennsylvania for Sociology for a Doctorate. UPenn is a private not-for-profit institution located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The school has a large population, and it awarded 8 doctorate’s degrees in 2020-2021.

UPenn did well in our major quality rankings, too.
