Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent urban studies programs, but they also offer a lot of support to veterans and active service members.

Out of the 12 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in the Far Western US Region for Urban Studies that were part of this year’s ranking, University of Southern California landed the #1 spot on the list. USC is located in Los Angeles, California and, has a large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 102 ’s urban studies degrees to qualified students.
