Out of the 4 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly in Pennsylvania for Public Administration & Social Service for an Associate that were part of this year’s ranking, Harrisburg Area Community College landed the #1 spot on the list. Harrisburg, Pennsylvania is the setting for this fairly large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out associates’s public administration and social service degrees to 27 students in 2020-2021.
