With a ranking of #23, Tulane University of Louisiana did quite well on the 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Southeast Region for Public Administration & Social Service for a Doctorate list. New Orleans, Louisiana is the setting for this fairly large institution of higher learning. The private not-for-profit school handed out doctorate’s public administration and social service degrees to 14 students in 2020-2021.
