University of Wyoming landed the #2 spot in our 2021 best social work schools for non-traditional students. Located in the remote town of Laramie, UW is a public school with a large student population. UW also took the #2 spot in our Best Colleges for Social Work in the Rocky Mountains Region rankings.

About 0.9% of UW students default on their loans in three years, which is lower than average. Approximately 5,894 students take at least one class online at UW. 2,493 of UW students are attending part time.

The #3 spot in this year's ranking belongs to Metropolitan State University of Denver. Located in the city of Denver, MSU Denver is a public school with a large student population. MSU Denver also made our Best Colleges for Social Work in the Rocky Mountains Region list, coming in at #5.
