In 2020-2021, 11,385 people earned their degree in theater arts, making the major the 70th most popular in the United States.
At the associate degree level specifically, there were 1,049 theater arts graduates with average earnings and debt of $35,806 and $19,336 respectively.
This year’s “Most Veteran Friendly for Theater for an Associate” ranking analyzed 21 colleges that offered a degree in theater arts. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great theater arts programs and a strong support system for veterans and active service members.
