University of Oregon has taken the #1 spot in this year's film, video & photographic arts ranking for non-traditional students. Located in the midsize city of Eugene, UO is a public college with a very large student population. As a testament to the quality of education offered at UO, the school also landed the #1 rank in our Best Colleges for Film, Video & Photographic Arts in Oregon ranking.
