University of Minnesota - Twin Cities tops the 2021 list of our schools in the Plains States Region that are best for non-traditional film, video & photographic arts students. Located in the city of Minneapolis, UMN Twin Cities is a public school with a fairly large student population. UMN Twin Cities also made our Best Colleges for Film, Video & Photographic Arts in the Plains States Region list, coming in at #2.
