You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend University at Buffalo. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for Film for a Doctorate list. Buffalo, New York is the setting for this large institution of higher learning. The public school handed out doctorate’s film degrees to 6 students in 2020-2021.
