You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend West Virginia University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in West Virginia for Fine Arts list. This large school is located in Morgantown, West Virginia, and it awarded 50 ’s Fine Arts degrees in 2020-2021.
