University of Oklahoma Norman Campus tops the 2021 list of our schools in Oklahoma that are best for non-traditional visual & performing arts students. Located in the medium-sized suburb of Norman, University of Oklahoma is a public college with a fairly large student population. As a testament to the quality of education offered at University of Oklahoma, the school also landed the #1 rank in our Best Colleges for Visual & Performing Arts in Oklahoma ranking.
