Our analysis found University of Rhode Island to be the best affordable school for Kuwaiti students in the New England Region in this year’s ranking. Located in Kingston, Rhode Island, the fairly large public school handed out 3,855 bachelor’s degrees in 2020-2021.
Around 2.6% of the total student population at the school is international. The top three countries sending students to study at URI are China, India, and South Korea. Yearly tuition and fees (out-of-state) for undergraduates at URI runs, on average, about $33,354. Graduate students pay around $29,774 a year in average tuition and fees.

A rank of #2 on our list means University of Massachusetts - Lowell is a great place for Kuwaiti students in the New England Region working on their bachelor’s degree. This fairly large public school is located in Lowell, Massachusetts, and it awarded 3,168 bachelor’s degrees in 2020-2021.
Around 5.6% of the total student population at the school is international. The top three countries sending students to study at UMass Lowell are India, China, and Vietnam. Out-of-state tuition and fees for undergraduates at UMass Lowell is about $33,624 a year, on average. The average tuition and fees for graduate programs is $26,990 per year.

A rank of #3 on our list means University of Connecticut is a great place for Kuwaiti students in the New England Region working on their bachelor’s degree. Located in Storrs, Connecticut, the large public school awarded 5,991 diplomas to qualified bachelor’s degree students in 2020-2021.
Of the total number of students at the school, 13.1% are international. The top three countries sending students to study at UCONN are China, India, and South Korea.
