University of Rhode Island tops this year’s ranking as the best value school for Norwegian students in Rhode Island. Located in Kingston, Rhode Island, the fairly large public school handed out 3,855 bachelor’s degrees in 2020-2021.
International students make up 2.6% of the total student body at the school. Students from as far away as China, India, and South Korea come to URI to study. Out-of-state tuition and fees for undergraduates at URI is about $33,354 a year, on average. The average tuition and fees for graduate programs is $29,774 per year.
