It's not easy to decide which college to attend when there so many options available for international students. Our mission at College Factual is to arm you with as much information as we can to help you make that decision. Our Best Colleges for Canadian Students in the New England Region ranking is one tool we have developed to help in this regard.
We analyzed 68 colleges and universities across the New England Region to determine which were the best for Canadian students in the New England Region. Our ranking methodology focuses a number of different objective factors - such as the overall quality of the school, number of total international students at the school, and the percentage of international students on campus - to make this determination.

Our 2021 rankings named Harvard University the best school for Canadian students in the New England Region working on their bachelor’s degree. Harvard is located in Cambridge, Massachusetts and, has a large student population. In 2020-2021, this school awarded 1,618 bachelor’s degrees to qualified undergraduates.
Of the total number of students at the school, 22.9% are international. Students studying at Harvard come from such countries as China, Canada, and India.
With a student-to-faculty ratio of 5 to 1, it’s easy to see that the school is committed to helping their undergraduates succeed.

A rank of #2 on our list means Massachusetts Institute of Technology is a great place for Canadian students in the New England Region working on their bachelor’s degree. MIT is a private not-for-profit institution located in Cambridge, Massachusetts. The school has a fairly large population, and it awarded 1,249 bachelor’s degrees in 2020-2021.
