One of our goals at College Factual is to give you as much information as we can - such as our Best Colleges for Canadian Students in the Southeast Region ranking - to help you make that decision.
Our analysis looked at 166 schools in the Southeast Region to determine which ones were the best for Canadian students in the Southeast Region. To come up with this ranking, we look at a number of factors that are all objective measurements. These factors include the school's overall quality as determined by our Best Colleges ranking and the percentage of international students on campus.

Duke University tops this year’s ranking as the best school for Canadian students in the Southeast Region. Durham, North Carolina is the setting for this fairly large institution of higher learning. The private not-for-profit school handed out bachelor’s degrees to 2,319 students in 2020-2021.
Of the total number of students at the school, 18.3% are international. Students from as far away as China, India, and South Korea come to Duke to study.

Out of the 166 schools in the Southeast Region that were part of this year’s ranking, Emory University landed the #2 spot on the list. Emory University is a fairly large private not-for-profit school located in Atlanta, Georgia that handed out 2,691 bachelor’s degrees in 2020-2021.
