Our analysis found University of Pennsylvania to be the best school for Mexican students in Pennsylvania in this year’s ranking. This large private not-for-profit school is located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and it awarded 3,499 bachelor’s degrees in 2020-2021.
Of the total number of students at the school, 19.5% are international. Students from as far away as China, India, and South Korea come to UPenn to study.
The student-to-faculty ratio of 6 to 1 is a sign that students will have more opportunities to engage with their professors one-on-one.

Out of the 10 schools in Pennsylvania that were part of this year’s ranking, Carnegie Mellon University landed the #2 spot on the list. Carnegie Mellon is a private not-for-profit institution located in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The school has a fairly large population, and it awarded 1,953 bachelor’s degrees in 2020-2021.
