You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Western Oregon University. It ranked #1 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly in Oregon for Sign Language Interpretation and Translation for a Bachelor’s list. Western Oregon University is a small public school situated in Monmouth, Oregon. It awarded 20 bachelors’s sign language interpretation and translation degrees in 2020-2021.

Western Oregon State College also made our “Best Sign Language Interpretation & Translation Bachelor’s Degree Schools in Oregon” list, coming in at #1.Our most recent data shows that 187 of the 4,554 students enrolled at Western Oregon State College were GI Bill® students, of which 89 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $7,651. In addition to receiving other benefits, 2 students received scholarships through the Yellow Ribbon Program.
