It’s not easy to decide which college to attend when there so many options available for veterans. College Factual was founded, in part, to help students make the decision as to what would be the best school for them. Our “Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for Comparative Literature” ranking is part of that endeavor.
In 2020-2021, 8,539 people earned their degree in linguistics and comparative literature, making the major the 96th most popular in the United States. In 2019-2020, linguistics and comparative literature graduates who were awarded their degree in 2017-2019, earned an average of $28,017 and had an average of $21,130 in loans still to pay off.
Across the Middle Atlantic region, there were 1,239 linguistics and comparative literature graduates with average earnings and debt of $26,285 and $22,080 respectively.
For this year’s “Most Veteran Friendly in the Middle Atlantic Region for Comparative Literature” ranking, we looked at 22 colleges that offer a degree in linguistics and comparative literature. The schools that top this list are recognized because they have great linguistics and comparative literature programs and a strong support system for veterans and active service members.
