Out of the 1 schools in the Most Veteran Friendly for English as a Second Language that were part of this year’s ranking, The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley landed the #1 spot on the list. The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley is a large school located in Edinburg, Texas that handed out 3 ’s english as a second language degrees in 2020-2021.
