At the bachelor’s degree level specifically, there were 14,557 general chemistry graduates with average earnings and debt of $38,303 and $24,501 respectively.

This year’s “Best Value Chemistry Schools for a Bachelor’s” ranking analyzed 369 colleges that offered a degree in general chemistry. Not only do the schools that top this list have excellent general chemistry programs, but they also cost less that schools of similar quality.
