You’ll join some of the best and brightest minds around if you attend Oral Roberts University. The school came in at #1 for the Most Veteran Friendly in Oklahoma for Pastoral Counseling. Located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, this small private not-for-profit school handed out 15 degrees to qualified ’s pastoral counseling students in 2020-2021.
