OHIO Athens not only placed well in this ranking. It is also #9 on our “Best Painting Master’s Degree Schools” list.Among the 25,714 students enrolled at OHIO Athens, 726 are GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. You’ll be in good company if you decide to attend Maryland Institute College of Art. It ranked #5 on our 2023 Most Veteran Friendly for Painting for a Master’s list. MICA is a small school located in Baltimore, Maryland that handed out 10 masters’s painting degrees in 2020-2021.
MICA also took the #4 spot in our “Best Painting Master’s Degree Schools” ranking.According to our most recent data, MICA supports 1,892 students, and 66 of those are GI Bill® students, of which 45 are Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $23,802. In addition to receiving other benefits, 29 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program.

Savannah College of Art and Design ranked #9 on this year’s Most Veteran Friendly for Painting for a Master’s list. This fairly large school is located in Savannah, Georgia, and it awarded 33 masters’s painting degrees in 2020-2021.
SCAD did well in our major quality rankings, too. It placed #3 on our “Best Painting Master’s Degree Schools” list.Of the 14,265 students enrolled at Savannah College of Art and Design, 193 were GI Bill® students, according to our most recent data. Out of that number, 135 were Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients. The average tuition and fees award for the Post-9/11 GI Bill® recipients was $20,695. In addition to receiving other benefits, 91 students qualified for the Yellow Ribbon Program.
